Go to My Blue Jackets Account and log into your account by entering the email address and password associated with your account.

Click on MY EVENTS to see every event on your account.

Scroll to the bottom of the event list and click on the event called BONUS FAMILY AND FRIENDS TICKETS at the bottom of the page. A listing of the Bonus Friends and Family tickets you have available to exchange will appear on the next screen.

Select MORE followed by the EXCHANGE function from the menu in the upper right-hand corner by clicking on the button with three dots on it.

Check the boxes next to the specific number of seats you would like to redeem for Blue Jackets game tickets from the Bonus Friends & Family event.

Then select CONTINUE in the lower right-hand corner.

^{Please note: You do not need to redeem all your eligible tickets at once. You will have the opportunity to go back to this page and redeem more tickets as long as you have remaining Bonus Friends & Family tickets.}

Select the game you would like to attend from the list of eligible games then click SELECT EVENT.

Click on the section you would like to sit in. Select the same number of Bonus seat locations that you are redeeming from the seat map, then click CONTINUE in the upper right-hand corner.

Confirm the seat locations you have selected in the Shopping Cart and select SUBMIT on the right side of your screen.

Click the check box to accept the terms and conditions, then select PLACE ORDER.

A confirmation email from Ticketmaster will be sent to the email address on file to confirm the completion of the Bonus Friends & Family tickets.

The tickets you have selected can be accessed the same way as your season tickets and are eligible for Mobile Delivery.

Log into your My Blue Jackets Account to access your newly selected game tickets.

Don't forget to add these to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your mobile device before coming to Nationwide Arena the night of the game.
